MC Precision Dental Lab Terms of Service
Acceptance of Cases
Submission of a case to MC Precision Dental Lab constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions. The prescribing dentist accepts full responsibility for the accuracy of all prescriptions, impressions, digital scans, and clinical information submitted.
Prescription Requirement
All cases must include a completed laboratory prescription signed by a licensed dentist as required by state and federal regulations. MC Precision Dental Lab will manufacture restorations based solely on the instructions provided. Any unclear instructions may delay production until clarification is received.
Turnaround Times
Estimated turnaround times begin once all required materials are received. Turnaround times may vary based on: Case complexity; Case completeness; Material availability; Production volume; Shipping carrier performance. MC Precision Dental Lab is not responsible for delays caused by incomplete case submissions or shipping carriers.
Warranty Policy
MC Precision Dental Lab warrants that all appliances meet our internal quality standards at the time of delivery. This warranty is void if the appliance is altered after delivery, including: Adjustments; Relines; Grinding; Polishing; Repairs; Modifications by the dental office or third party. MC Precision Dental Lab is not responsible for performance issues resulting from post-delivery alterations.
Remake Policy
Cases will be remade at no charge if determined to be the result of a laboratory error. Original appliances may be required for evaluation. Remakes may incur fees if caused by: New impressions or scans; Changes in prescription; Inadequate preparation; Bite changes; Doctor preference changes; Patient damage
Impression & Scan Accuracy Disclaimer
The prescribing dentist is responsible for verifying clinical accuracy prior to patient delivery. MC Precision Dental Lab is not responsible for errors related to distorted impressions; Inaccurate digital scans; Improper bite registrations; Insufficient reduction; Preparation design issues; Soft tissue interference.
Digital Case Policy
For digital workflows: MC Precision Dental Lab relies on the accuracy of submitted STL files and digital data. If design previews are provided and not rejected, they are considered approved for production.
Payment Terms
Payment terms are: Net 30 unless otherwise agreed in writing. Accounts over 30 days past due may result in: Account hold; Case shipment delays; Suspension of warranty privileges. Accounts over 45 days may be subject to collection activity. Warranty coverage applies only to accounts in good financial standing. A service charge of 1.5% per month (annual rate of 18%) will be applied to any unpaid balance. Any costs associated with collecting an unpaid balance, including legal fees, will be charged to the customer. Accounts with outstanding balances of over 45 days will be converted to a collect on delivery (COD) basis.
Shipping Policy
MC Precision Dental Lab uses third-party shipping providers such as FedEx and UPS. The laboratory is not responsible for: Shipping delays; Lost packages; Carrier damage. Shipping insurance is recommended for high-value cases.
Case Evaluation Period
Any concerns regarding fit or quality must be reported within 10 business days of delivery. Cases reported after this period may not qualify for warranty or remake consideration.
Limitation of Liability
MC Precision Dental Lab liability is limited solely to the repair or remake of the appliance. MC Precision Dental Lab is not responsible for: Chair time; Clinical expenses; Patient dissatisfaction costs; Lost revenue; Consequential damages.
Case Storage Policy
Unless otherwise requested MC Precision Dental Lab may discard: Physical models; Printed models after 30–60 days. Long-term storage may be available upon request.
HIPAA Compliance
MC Precision Dental Lab maintains HIPAA compliance standards and safeguards protected health information as required by law. The prescribing dentist agrees that all patient information submitted is done in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
Force Majeure
MC Precision Dental Lab shall not be liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control including: Natural disasters; Power outages; Equipment failure; Supply chain shortages; Labor disruptions; Carrier delays.
Account Termination
MC Precision Dental Lab reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service to any account for: Nonpayment; Abusive conduct; Repeated non-compliant case submissions; Regulatory concerns.
Product Use Statement
All dental devices are intended for use by licensed dental professionals only. Final clinical evaluation and patient delivery remain the responsibility of the prescribing dentist.

MC Precision Dental Lab Warranty & Remake Policy
Product Warranty
MC Precision Dental Lab warrants that all restorations and appliances are manufactured according to the prescription provided and meet our internal quality control standards at the time of delivery. If a defect in materials or workmanship is identified, MC Precision Dental Lab will evaluate the case and may repair or remake the appliance at our discretion.
Warranty Limitations
This warranty applies only to appliances that have not been altered after delivery. Any adjustments, relines, repairs, grinding, polishing, or modifications performed by the receiving dental office or any third party will void all warranties and release MC Precision Dental Lab from responsibility for fit, function, or performance.
MC Precision Dental Lab is not responsible for issues resulting from: Alterations made after delivery; Changes to the original prescription; Improper handling or storage; Inaccurate impressions or digital scans; Distorted bite registrations; Insufficient clinical reduction or preparation; Patient misuse or damage; Normal wear.
Doctor Responsibility
The prescribing dentist is responsible for verifying; Impression or scan accuracy; Bite registration accuracy; Adequate tooth preparation; Proper seating and adjustment procedures; Final clinical evaluation prior to delivery to patient. MC Precision Dental Lab fabricates appliances based solely on information provided by the prescribing clinician.
Remake Policy
Remakes requested due to laboratory error will be prioritized and remade at no charge. Remakes requested due to changes in prescription, new impressions, preparation changes, or clinician preference may be subject to additional fees. Cases must be returned with the original appliance when requesting a remake evaluation.
Claim Period
Any concerns regarding fit or quality must be reported within 10 business days of delivery. Requests submitted after this timeframe may not qualify for warranty consideration.
Digital Case Policy
For digital cases, MC Precision Dental Lab relies on the accuracy of submitted STL files and digital records. Approval of digital designs or failure to review design previews constitutes acceptance of the design as submitted.
Liability Limitation
MC Precision Dental Lab’s liability is limited solely to the repair or remake of the dental appliance. Under no circumstances shall MC Precision Dental Lab be responsible for additional clinical costs, chair time, or consequential damages.
Case Storage Policy
MC Precision Dental Lab reserves the right to discard models after 30–60 days unless otherwise requested. All physical models will be returned to the lab or discarded. MC Precision Dental Lab will maintain digital scans of models for 5 Years from date of received.
Payment Warranty Clause
Warranty coverage applies only to accounts in good financial standing.
Shipping Liability Clause
MC Precision Dental Lab is not responsible for delays or damages caused by shipping carriers. MC Precision Dental Lab utilizes advanced digital workflows and manufacturing technology to ensure consistency and precision. Due to the nature of digital manufacturing, minor finishing adjustments may be required clinically.
