Throughout her career, she has led large-scale technology implementations, operational efficiency initiatives, quality assurance rollouts, and multimillion-dollar cost-saving programs. Her expertise in continuous improvement and organizational leadership helps drive innovation and scalable systems within the lab. Brooke is passionate about building modern digital workflows that improve efficiency, precision, and client experience. At MC Precision Dental Lab, she focuses on creating a technology-driven laboratory centered on quality, innovation, and exceptional service.
Haley Colvin, Vice President
Haley Colvin serves as the Co-Owner and Vice President of MC Precision Dental Lab, where she oversees lab operations, production workflows, and digital design services. With more than 10 years of experience as a Lead Dental Assistant, Haley brings extensive clinical knowledge and hands-on expertise to the laboratory environment. Her background in patient care and restorative dentistry allows her to bridge the gap between clinical function and high-quality laboratory outcomes. Haley also maintains her dental technology certification, reinforcing her commitment to precision, innovation, and excellence in modern dental manufacturing.
Amy Lockridge, Marketing Director & Design
Amy serves as the Marketing Director at MC Precision Dental Lab, bringing more than 10 years of experience in marketing and creative design. With an additional 5 years of clinical experience working chairside as a dental assistant, she offers a unique blend of dental industry knowledge and strategic brand development. Amy earned her Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from Jacksonville State University, where she developed the creative foundation that continues to shape her innovative approach to marketing and visual communication.
